About the Role
We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Architect with 810 years of total experience and 6+ years of relevant experience, located in PAN India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Develop custom Iframe-based UIs for agent desktops and customer interaction flows.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Define solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices for implementation teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure contact center solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing implementations.

- Iframe UI development (mandatory)
- Solution design and architecture experience
- Strong background in contact center technologies
