Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design.
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site activities when necessary.
- Prepare feasibility studies and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- .Licensed architect or working toward licensure
- .Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or BIM software
- .Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- .Excellent communication, design, and visualization skills
