Job Summary
studioMilou Singapore seeks a BOA-registered Architect or Senior Architectural Associate with a Master of Architecture to lead design and delivery of cultural, heritage, and residential projects, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and collaborative architectural outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams through concept design, design development, and detailed project coordination to deliver high-quality architectural solutions
- Apply strong design sensibility to develop refined and thoughtful architecture and interior designs that meet client and project goals
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery
- Ensure project compliance with Singapore architectural regulations, statutory codes, and authority requirements by supporting local authority submissions and approval processes
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and uphold high standards of design quality and technical execution throughout project phases
- Organize and manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and optimize workflow
- Communicate clearly and professionally in presentations and documentation to convey design intent and project progress
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving
- Travel as required to support project needs and stakeholder engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- BOA registration with a valid practising certificate (Architect) or a BOA-recognised Master of Architecture (Senior Architectural Associate)
- Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience, focusing on residential and interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Good knowledge of Singapore architectural regulations, statutory codes, and local submission processes
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Legal right to work in Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Revit and Rhino software
