Job Title: Architect/ Trainee / Draftsman

Location: Guwahati, Assam, India

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect/ Trainee to join our team in Guwahati. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for a range of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the field and possess skill set in 3D modeling, drafting, and site supervision.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.

Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or revit , rhino 3D and similar.

Prepare construction document.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials and finishes align with design intent.
