Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant based in Gandhidham, Gujarat. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and performing clerical tasks. The role also involves effective communication with team members and clients to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
  • Experience with managing Office Equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience either in an architectural firm or hospitality consultancy firm
