Neha Rajora Designs is an architecture and design firm based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, located at 405 Westface, Hebatpur Road, Thaltej. We are a luxury residential architecture and interior design studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specializing in high-end villas, bungalows, and bespoke residential projects.

We are currently hiring for the following on-site positions.

Important Note-

All positions are strictly on-site and office-based in Ahmedabad. These are not remote or work-from-home roles. Only candidates who are currently based in Ahmedabad or are willing to relocate to Ahmedabad should apply.

POSITIONS-

1.⁠ ⁠Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Architect who can independently lead residential architecture projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical understanding, consultant coordination abilities, and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage residential architecture projects independently

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors, and execution teams

•⁠ ⁠Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings

•⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are aligned with client requirements, timelines, and design standards

•⁠ ⁠Guide junior architects and support the internal design team

•⁠ ⁠Participate in client discussions and presentations

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory)

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5+ years of professional experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience in luxury residential projects, villas, and bungalows

•⁠ ⁠Strong technical and execution understanding

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently handle projects and consultant coordination

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and presentation skills

Software Skills

•⁠ ⁠AutoCAD

•⁠ ⁠SketchUp

•⁠ ⁠Basic rendering workflow understanding

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of rendering and visualization workflows preferred

2.⁠ ⁠Junior Architect

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect or Junior Designer with strong enthusiasm for residential design and visualization. The role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist senior architects in project development

•⁠ ⁠Prepare drawings, layouts, and presentation material

•⁠ ⁠Support design development and detailing

•⁠ ⁠Create 3D models and render outputs

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate internally with the design team

Requirements

Option 1 – Fresher

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

•⁠ ⁠Strong design aptitude

•⁠ ⁠Strong SketchUp and 3D visualization skills preferred

•⁠ ⁠Candidates with good rendering and AI-assisted visualization skills will be preferred

Option 2 – Experienced Junior Architect

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of professional experience

•⁠ ⁠Experience in residential projects preferred

•⁠ ⁠Ability to assist in project handling and drawing coordination

•⁠ ⁠Strong SketchUp and rendering workflow understanding preferred

Preferred Skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong SketchUp proficiency

•⁠ ⁠Good 3D rendering capability

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of AI-assisted rendering workflows

•⁠ ⁠AutoCAD proficiency
