We are seeking a full-time Architect to join our team on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, managing client requirements, and integrating sustainable practices into design solutions. Additionally, the Architect will oversee plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications, as well as contributing to project management and documentation processes.

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and core principles of Architecture
• Experience with Software Development and Integration for architectural modeling and visualization tools
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of environmentally sustainable design practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with local building regulations in Bhubaneswar is an advantage
