Job Summary
We are looking to hire two skilled and creative Architects with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling architectural projects end-to-end — from concept design to execution — ensuring high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial or large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Concept Development
- Develop innovative and practical architectural designs aligned with client requirements and project objectives
- Prepare concept presentations, layouts, and 3D visualizations
2. Technical Documentation
- Create detailed drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation
- Use software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools for drafting and visualization
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and contractors
- Ensure seamless integration of all technical aspects into the design
4. Compliance & Regulations
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry practices
5. Project Execution & Site Management
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Address RFIs, resolve on-site design challenges, and ensure design accuracy during execution
- Maintain timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and execution
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or equivalent design/rendering tools
- Experience in industrial/commercial projects will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing industrial or large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience in site execution and client handling
- Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility
