Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Trivandrum. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, creating and reviewing detailed architectural designs, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with clients to ensure their needs and desires are met. Additional responsibilities include project management, coordinating with construction teams, and integrating design elements seamlessly into functional spaces.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

✔ 0–3 Years of Experience

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

✔ Strong Design, Presentation, and Communication Skills

✔ Knowledge of Working Drawings and Site Coordination

✔ Passion for Architecture and Attention to Detail
