Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect located in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural and interior projects, creating detailed plans and drawings, and collaborating with clients to execute creative and functional design solutions. The role involves site evaluations, integration of architectural design with construction practices, and providing assistance in project management and construction administration. The Architect will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality design projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and functionality
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural practices
  • Experience in Project Management, including coordinating teams, timelines, and resources
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to create detailed architectural plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental planning practices
  • Experience with commercial, Group housing , High rise residential, Hospitality and mixed-use projects is a plus
