Architect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect to support our real estate development projects. The role involves designing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing architectural aspects of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture within the real estate industry and a strong understanding of building codes, design principles, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects.
• Work closely with the Director to prepare layouts, 3D models, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution.
• Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in preparing detailed design documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
• Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies.
• Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate architecture or property development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical detailing.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects.
