We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect to support our real estate development projects. The role involves designing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing architectural aspects of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture within the real estate industry and a strong understanding of building codes, design principles, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects.
- Work closely with the Director to prepare layouts, 3D models, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution.
- Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in preparing detailed design documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies.
- Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 35 years of relevant experience in real estate architecture or property development.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical detailing.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects.
