Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team, specializing in residential redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, a deep understanding of building codes and local regulations, and proven experience in project coordination, tender documentation, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings for residential redevelopment.

Ensure designs comply with DCR, local bylaws, and zoning regulations.

Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to assess redevelopment potential.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout all phases—from concept to execution.

Tender & Documentation

Prepare comprehensive tender documents including BOQs, specifications, and working drawings.

Assist in evaluating contractor bids and support the selection process.

Client Interaction & Presentation

Create visually compelling presentations for clients, societies, and developers.

Lead client meetings, conduct site visits, and participate in design reviews.

Execution Support

Provide design clarifications and support during construction phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in residential or redevelopment projects.
• Proficient in architectural design tools and software.
• Strong understanding of DCR, zoning laws, and local construction regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skill
