Job Description Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Performance & Operations Focus) Location - Bangalore Hybrid.

Responsibilities

Primary Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse), Power Platform (Power Automate), Plugins, Workflows, ModelDriven Apps performance tuning.
Form & App Performance Expertise: Strong experience analyzing Form Loads (Cold vs Warm), Synchronous/ Asynchronous XHR requests, Form Load Times by table/form, system views usage, and nonCRUD/CRUD synchronous/asynchronous operation durations.
Power Automate Operations: Hands-on troubleshooting of billable actions, flow failures, suspended flows, throttled flows, and performance optimization.
Plugin & Workflow Performance: Deep knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous plugin execution, plugin timeouts, plugin trace log settings/size, and sync workflow performance issues.
Platform & Data Health Monitoring: Experience with SQL timeouts, slow read queries, Async Operation data/file size, Principal Object Access data growth, and managed environment features.
Service Protection & Latency: Understanding of API throttling, service protection limits, latency analysis by country, and proactive performance governance.

Qualifications

Ideal for candidates with strong production support, monitoring, and optimization experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 environments.
