Role & responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Create 3D models and highly realistic renderings usingSketchUp,D5 Render, and other visualization tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including design, engineering, and project management.
- Translate sketches and ideas into digital models and compelling visual presentations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, building codes, and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
- Strong proficiency inSketchUpandD5 Render(or comparable real-time rendering software).
- Working knowledge of3DMax,AutoCAD,Revit,Photoshop, andLumionis a plus.
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and building systems.
- Strong design sensibility and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
