Architect

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and contextually appropriate spaces.

Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project timelines and deliverables.

Exposure to Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, construction platforms, and workflow optimization is an advantage.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and familiarity with building codes and local regulations and DCR

Understanding of sustainable design principles and, ideally, Vastu Shastra or similar spatial design philosophies.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensing is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
