URGENT HIRING

We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong exposure to redevelopment and affordable housing projects, particularly under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) framework. The ideal candidate will manage design development, statutory approvals, and coordination with regulatory bodies for SRA and other redevelopment schemes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for SRA, redevelopment, and residential/commercial projects

- Liaise with SRA, MCGM, and other municipal/statutory authorities for approvals, NOCs, and IOD/CC/OC processes

- Prepare and submit documentation for SRA proposals, including annexures, PAP (Project Affected Persons) layouts, and rehab component plans

- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and project management teams

- Ensure compliance with DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations), FSI/TDR calculations, and other applicable Maharashtra building norms

- Conduct site visits for design coordination and construction quality checks

- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D visualizations, and client presentations

- Manage documentation for RERA compliance where applicable

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution

- Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration

- Prior experience with SRA projects strongly preferred — including familiarity with rehab/sale component design, annexure documentation, and SRA approval processes (Mandatory)

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (or similar 3D tools)

- Understanding of Mumbai/Maharashtra-specific DCPR, FSI, and TDR regulations

Preferred Skills

- Experience liaising directly with SRA officials and municipal departments

- Familiarity with redevelopment project lifecycles (societies, cessed buildings, PAP rehabilitation)

- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
