- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration processes within architectural projects
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (required); a Master's degree is a plus
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
- Prior experience in residential or commercial projects is an advantage
