Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Architect specializing in 3D visualization and mood boards for residential, commercial, and workspace projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design aesthetics, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations using advanced software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape).
- Develop mood boards for interiors and branded spaces, including color palettes, materials, and finishes.
- Prepare presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging visualization technologies and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture + completed apprenticeship.
- Proven portfolio of high-quality renderings and mood boards.
- Proficiency in visualization and graphic design tools (Adobe Suite).
- Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and lighting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
