Job Summary:
Responsible for handling all architectural approvals and coordinating with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end liaisoning with local authorities (multiple corporation, fire department, environmental bodies, etc)
- Preparing and submitting architectural drawings for approvals and permit
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors for design and compliance requirements
- Ensuring adherence to local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory norms
- Tracking approval status and following up with authorities to avoid project delays
- Assisting in design modifications as per regulatory requirements
- Maintaining documentation related to approvals, permits, and legal clearances
- Supporting project team with regulatory inputs during execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes
- Experience in handling government approvals and liaisoning work
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
