Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at our Navi Mumbai office. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and development of projects. Regular tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. The Architect will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architectural Design and Architecture
• Skills in Project Management and overseeing project timelines and deliverables
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architecture projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus
• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes
