Architect

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and project requirements. They will develop architectural designs that meet client expectations, budget, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design, proficiency in CAD software, and a strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and project requirements.
• Develop architectural designs that balance creativity, functionality, and budget constraints while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design's feasibility and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and address any design-related issues.
• Integrate sustainable design practices, materials, and technologies to promote environmentally friendly architecture.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into design projects.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on architectural principles, design techniques, and project management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design-related software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of architectural projects and design solutions.
