Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect specializing in Java Full Stack and Agentic AI to lead the design and development of production-ready AI applications. The role involves building scalable, multi-tenant systems using Spring Boot and modern AI frameworks like Spring AI and LLMs. You will be responsible for translating complex AI concepts into robust, enterprise-grade Java code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect multi-tenant, cloud-native systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and implement production-ready solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Integrate AI chatbots and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures into existing and new platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Writing and reviewing high-quality Java code specifically for LLM and GenAI modules.
- Overseeing deployment and scaling operations on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Ensuring the security, high performance, and maintainability of all AI-driven components.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on AI and Java best practices.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Spring AI.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI applications in Java.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing multi-tenant system architectures.
- Professional experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of Next.js and MongoDB.
Good-to-have Skills
- Practical experience in AI chatbot development.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design patterns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in Java, Spring, or Cloud/AI technologies are highly preferred.

- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
- Project duration: 612 months.
- Shift timings: Flexible / Remote.
- Client-specific requirement: Candidates must be prepared to write code related to LLMs/GenAI in Java during the technical interview.
