VAST INFRATECH is looking for a hands-on Architect & Interior Designer with practical experience in residential architecture, interior design, working drawings, and site execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across design and execution and can take a project

from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Design residential interiors including kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, ceilings, partitions, and other built-in elements.
Prepare detailed execution drawings, basic BOQs, and material specifications.
Create 3D models, renders, and design presentations.
Take site measurements and conduct site visits.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
Ensure drawings and designs are executed accurately.
Manage design revisions based on client requirements and site conditions.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept → drawings → execution.

Required Skills

Must Have:

1+ year of experience in Architecture / Interior Design.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Good understanding of residential construction and interior materials.
Ability to prepare and read detailed working drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on-site when required.

Preferred:

V-Ray / Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
Experience with turnkey residential projects.
Practical site execution experience.
Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and construction detailing.
