About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with 2–3 years of experience to work on commercial, and hospitality projects. The role involves translating concepts into working drawings and supporting execution on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 2D drawings in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, working drawings)
- Create 3D models in SketchUp for design visualization
- Assist in concept development, space planning, and material selection
- Prepare presentation drawings & client decks
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure drawings are executed correctly
- Work on detailing for interiors (furniture, ceilings, lighting, finishes)
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in interior design or architecture firm
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD + SketchUp (must-have)
- Basic understanding of working drawings & execution
- Good sense of design, materials, and detailing
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- Experience in hospitality or residential projects
- Basic knowledge of site execution
