Architect / Interior Designer (Minimum 3 to 4 Year Experience)

Dwella Interiors(Dwellainteriors.com) is hiring for the position of qualified Architects and Interior Designers with 3 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in Residential and Hospitality projects within an established architecture or design firm. Experience in product design (custom cabinetry, furniture, etc.) will be an added advantage. A university-level degree in Architecture or Interior Design is mandatory.
Candidates should be open to relocating to Bangalore for this full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Principal Architect across all project phases from concept development to client presentations and onsite coordination during execution.
- Produce high-quality presentation drawings and construction drawing packages, with a strong emphasis on furniture detailing.
- Prepare detailed 3D renderings for project proposals.
- Conduct site visits and support onsite coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and 3D modelling software (mandatory).
- Hand-sketching ability is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in Product Design, Branding, and Graphic Design.
- Strong client-facing personality with the ability to communicate effectively with discerning clientele.
- A go-getter with a no-compromise attitude toward delivering work on time and within budget.
- A quick problem-solver who can resolve onsite challenges and guide both team members and clients during installations.
