Architect Interior Designer

Job Purpose

• The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Influencer Management

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (Architects & Interior designers) to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Handling team of 7-10 TMOs
• Responsible to achieve monthly business generation plan of all TMO at individual level.
• Plan and Implement training programs for TMO on Product, Schemes, Skill Developments, Stakeholder Pitching & Contractor Handling etc.
• Daily operational Reporting of TMO's on their plan vs achievement KPI and guide them to take corrective action wherever required.
• Driving Loyalty by handling different category of Influencers through TMO.
• Market visit with TMOs.
• Work towards growth of business with dealers getting AID leads.
• New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution with influencers.
• Develop contractor relationships with key contractors ( AID contractors )
• Drive key events across specific markets.

Qualification

• Post graduate qualification in business administration (Full time)
• Looking for minimum experience of 3-6 years
