Architect / Interior Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect / Interior Designer, primarily based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The professional will engage in planning and designing functional and visually appealing structures and interiors that meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design plans, developing layouts, sourcing suitable materials, and collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on design trends and managing project timelines to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Interior Design skills, including design conceptualization and layout development
• Proficiency in design software and tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization technologies
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver innovative designs
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in architectural or interior design projects is a plus
• B Arch is mandatory
