Architect / Interior designer

Key Responsibilities

* Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed interior layouts as per client requirements.

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution.

* Supervise site execution, quality checks, and work progress as per drawings.

* Interact with clients to understand needs and present design concepts.

* Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality, and timelines.

* Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design innovations.

Key Skills Required

* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.

* Good understanding of BOQ preparation, costing, and material selection.

* Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and execution.

* Strong communication, presentation & client handling skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
