Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect/Interior Architect based in Noida. The role involves designing architectural and interior spaces, creating layout plans, and collaborating with team members to develop innovative design concepts. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong skills in conceptualization, space planning, and design visualization
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sustainable design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in architectural or interior design projects is advantageous
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred
