About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of experience in both Architecture and Interior Design. This role is ideal for professionals who combine creative vision with practical expertise and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present architectural concepts, floor plans, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is translated accurately from concept to execution.
- Oversee and coordinate site execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, materials, and quality benchmarks.
- Integrate innovative solutions in space planning, materials, and aesthetics while adhering to functional and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, design documentation, and BOQs as needed.
- Incorporate interior design elements into architectural workflows when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong visual communication skills through 2D and 3D presentations.
- Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, Lumion (or similar rendering and drafting tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design, proportion, and materiality.
