Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Lucknow. The Architect will manage architectural designs, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful execution in alignment with project requirements. Responsibilities include developing designs, collaborating with clients and vendors, coordinating execution processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role also involves supervising construction activities, resolving design challenges, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to create innovative and functional spaces
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and supervising project execution
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architectural tools and CAD software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in relevant architectural tools and software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
• Educational background in Architecture or related fields
• Experience in turnkey interior and construction projects is a plus
