Role Description

We're Hiring: Experienced Architect (Minimum 2-4 years of experience)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing functional and innovative spaces, developing architectural layouts, creating detailed construction documentation, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality projects. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project management tasks and ensuring timely progression by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design and Architectural working drawing with the ability to create innovative designs and functional layouts.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including task delegation, timeline adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Integration and Software Development tools used in architectural processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Professional experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality architecture is a plus.
