Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in heritage documentation and measured drawings of historic buildings and structures.
• Develop 3D models and architectural visualisations using SketchUp.
• Prepare high-quality renders using Lumion, Enscape or other rendering software.
• Collaborate with architects, conservation professionals and the design team to develop innovative and context-sensitive design concepts.
• Prepare presentation drawings, reports and project presentations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and measurements and assist in documenting existing conditions.
• Assist in preparing restoration, conservation and adaptive reuse drawings.
• Coordinate with site teams and assist in monitoring execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
• Research traditional architectural materials, construction techniques and heritage building elements where required.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, BOQs, reports and other technical deliverables.
