Architect I

Support the Architectural Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects with technical and administrative tasks

Apply cost-competitive execution techniques to develop the most effective project solutions

Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and baseline documents for all project phases

Prepare estimates, schedules, progress reports, and workforce forecasts

Track and monitor material key quantities and provide analysis and forecasts

Develop and review design specifications and criteria

Incorporate health, safety, and environmental considerations into designs

Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, contractors, and coworkers

Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives
