Your role:
Collaborates with the scrum team to finalize the design of user stories, ensuring they align with the overall architecture and development goals, and takes part in code reviews and maintaining code quality
Provides continuous guidance and coaching to the scrum team on design knowledge and best practices, and might participate in code development activities to uphold high standards of software quality.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of software development and design principles, which enables effective problem-solving and innovative solutions within the development team.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols such as DICOM and HL7, relevant to the business domain, enhancing the integration and compliance of the software solutions.
Engages with team-level stakeholders, including Senior Software Architects and the Product Owners, to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Focuses on the integration and functionality of components within the larger system architecture, ensuring that each part contributes effectively to the overall system performance.
Plans Program Increments (PI) with a typical time horizon of three months, which involves detailed scheduling, resource allocation, and strategic progress towards achieving development targets.
Holds responsibility for architecture and requirements at the feature level, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations within the broader project context.
Ensures comprehensive, up-to-date, and usable documentation of the software architecture in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational processes.
Understands and effectively applies the development logic of the I2M architecture and platform creation process, ensuring seamless interfacing with Application Development (AD) and Product Data Lifecycle Management (PDLM) suites.

Exposure to .NET desktop technologies (WPF/WinForms)
Strong understanding of network protocols & communication stacks

Healthcare Interoperability Standards (preferred)
Knowledge ofu00A0DICOM,u00A0HL7,u00A0FHIR
Experience in designing or integrating healthcare imaging / workflow solutions is a strong plus
Lead end-to-end solution design
Define system architecture, deployment topologies, integration flows, and component interactions
Make technology choices and guide the technical roadmap
Translate requirements into robust designs
Work closely with product teams and customers
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security, performance)
Drive architectural decisions and document design specifications
Guide implementation and ensure technical excellence
Perform code reviews, design reviews, and quality assessments
Mentor developers and help resolve complex technical issues
Ensure design consistency, maintainability, and adherence to best practices

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
