• Able to use CAD 2D/3D software
• Able to use any type of 3D model software
• Any type of realistic render software
• Basic knowledge of structure and working plan.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electric plan.
• Knowledge of space planning, elevation design, materials, colour combinations.
