This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Thane. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of various design elements. Core duties include conceptualizing and creating design solutions, overseeing the architectural process from initial planning to execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The Architect will also coordinate with other professionals to deliver cohesive final outcomes.

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts
• Experience with Software Development and system Integration as related to architectural technology
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and team coordination
• Understanding of industry standards and the ability to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in residential or urban planning projects is a plus
