Role Description The Architect role at Home Castle World (HCW) Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Architect will design sustainable residential and interior spaces, develop detailed architectural plans, and ensure alignment with HCW's eco-friendly standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand needs, preparing concept designs and 2D/3D drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and overseeing design execution on-site. The role also involves selecting appropriate sustainable materials, ensuring adherence to local building codes and safety regulations, and monitoring project progress to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets. The Architect will collaborate with the wider project team to integrate functional, aesthetic, and environmental considerations into every project.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven ability to create sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential and interior projects.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Understanding of Integration of design with structural, MEP, and environmental systems to deliver cohesive, efficient, and compliant building solutions.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or software tools in architecture (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms) to support design, documentation, and visualization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building practices, and local building codes and regulations in Delhi and broader India.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic proficiency in project documentation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to environmentally responsible and cost-effective design solutions.
