Junior Architect

Role Description: This full-time Junior Architect role is an on-site position based in Noida. The Junior Architect will assist in conceptualising, developing, and detailing architectural designs for museums, exhibitions, events, and branded environments. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations; coordinating with internal design, production, and project management teams; and supporting site inspections and execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves interpreting client briefs, contributing creative ideas, aligning designs with technical and safety standards, and helping document design changes and project progress. The Junior Architect will also support material selection, vendor coordination, and basic project documentation as guided by senior team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for experiential environments such as museums, exhibitions, and live events.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
• Understanding of construction details, materials, and fabrication processes relevant to interiors, exhibits, and temporary structures.
• Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to create presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal and client reviews.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with designers, project managers, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Interest or experience in experiential design, events, exhibitions, or museum projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to be present on site in Noida and travel to project locations as required.
