Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for various projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Create and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
