Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architectural role with Golden Height Infra & Estate, based in Ludhiana. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that all designs align with the company's standards and client requirements. The role involves integrating sustainable and user-centric design solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Attention to detail, creativity, and effective project coordination are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Architecture, with experience in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs
• Strong command of Architectural Design and the ability to create innovative yet practical spaces
• Competence in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of design projects on time and within budget
• Basic understanding of Integration, as well as the capacity to collaborate with software development teams
• Proficiency in architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms
• Exceptional problem-solving, creativity, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, along with professional certifications as applicable
