Job Overview

As a Full Stack Architect at Tredence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures for retail industry solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technology strategies, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

Working closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust technical architectures while driving cloud adoption and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and architect end-to-end full stack solutions using modern web technologies and cloud platforms.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
• Establish architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks based on business needs.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Lead architectural decision-making and technology strategy discussions.
• Mentor and guide development teams on architecture principles and implementation approaches.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
• Promote engineering best practices and design patterns.
  
  

Full Stack Development

• Provide technical oversight for frontend development using:
• Angular
• React
• Guide backend application development using:
• Node.js
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices architectures
  

Database & Data Management

• Design and optimize database solutions using:
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• Stored Procedures
• Query Performance Optimization
• Ensure efficient data processing and integration across applications.
  

Cloud & DevOps

• Lead cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS.
• Define cloud architecture patterns for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD best practices.
• Drive adoption of cloud and automation strategies.
  
  

Analytics & Visualization

• Integrate analytics capabilities into applications.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Google Charts.
• Support data-driven decision making through effective visualization solutions.
  
  

Automation & Innovation

• Utilize Python for:
• Automation
• Analytics workflows
• Prototyping
• Data processing tasks
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and data science teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Engineering
• Related Technical Discipline
  

Experience

• 7 to 12 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development and Application Architecture.
• Experience in Retail or Retail Analytics domain preferred.
