Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect Full-Stack Software Development to define, design, and guide the architecture of modern, scalable, and cloud-native applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across front-end, back-end, cloud, and DevOps, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive architectural best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve full-stack application architecture (UI, API, data, and integrations)
- Provide technical leadership across front-end and back-end teams
- Design and review REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and UI components
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Drive decisions on frameworks, libraries, and technology stacks
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements
- Guide cloud-native development and deployment strategies
- Review pull requests and mentor developers
- Support Agile delivery and participate in architecture/design reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Front-End
- Strong experience with React / Angular
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UI performance
- Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs
Back-End
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with Azure / AWS (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Architecture & Design
- Solid understanding of system design and architectural patterns
- Experience with scalable, distributed systems
- Ability to create high-level and low-level design documents
