Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Architect to support our team in preparing architectural designs, municipal drawings, coordination documents, and site-related work for redevelopment, SRA, high-rise, and mixed-use projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting
- Assist in conceptual design, planning, 3D modeling, and rendering.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and GFC sets.
- Support façade development and landscape integration.
Municipal Approvals & Compliance
- Assist in preparing drawings as per DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, NMMC, MCGM, CIDCO, SRA norms.
- Support documentation required for plan passing, IOD, CC, and OC stages.
- Coordinate with liaison architects for approval submissions.
Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare coordination drawings for RCC, MEP, fire, and other consultants.
- Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and project files.
- Support BOQ preparation, material studies, and specification drafting.
Site Support
- Visit project sites for basic inspections and measurements.
- Prepare site reports and assist in resolving drawing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors under senior guidance.
Skills Required
- AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office.
- Basic understanding of FSI, TDR, redevelopment norms, and high-rise standards.
- Ability to read RCC/MEP drawings (basic level).
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- B.Arch – Fresher / 0–1 year experience
- COA registration preferred
- Strong academic portfolio
