Job Description

At Limpid Construction, we are looking for an ambitious Architect who is keen to learn and drive the Business of Home Construction & Interiors. This role is quite nuanced so, pls refer to the below thoroughly before applying.

Whom We Are Looking For

Education: B.Arch.- Full time work ex- 0-2 Yrs

Mindset: You have deep technical knowledge but a broader interest in business, sales, and operations.

Polished Communication: You can speak confidently with high-net-worth clients, professional architects, engineers, and vendors. You present yourself and the company with dignity.

Technical expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Location: Must be based in Indore

You will NOT be drafting drawings; you will be acquiring and managing customers, selling, estimating, managing marketing campaigns, and building robust sales pipelines. You will learn how a construction company actually makes money, how we acquire clients, and how we deliver projects. If you plan to start your own firm somewhere down the line, this is the mentorship and exposure you cannot get in any other role.

What You Will Do

1. Technical Estimation & Pre-Construction (33%)

The Core Skill: Translate client requirements through CADs into detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

The Requirement: You must be proficient in AutoCAD to read drawings and comfortable with Excel to build accurate costings. Speed and accuracy here are critical to closing deals.

2. Sales & Client Relations (34%)

The Hustle: Conduct discovery calls with prospects, schedule meetings, and take clients on site visits to showcase our past and ongoing projects.

You will often be the first voice to any prospect engagement. You will manage incoming leads and also ensure every walk-in feels confident in Limpid's professionalism.

3. Marketeer (33%)

Execute the Founder's marketing strategy. You will manage various campaigns, track the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), monitor campaign performance (online/offline), and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

  • Follow-through: Rigorous follow-up with prospects. You will own the tracker and report weekly on the sales pipeline.
