Architect - ETL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data conversion team to deliver implementation project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client operations and executive teams to align business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate project status updates, achieve project objectives, and identify process gaps.
• Oversee data-related initiatives, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement best practices.
• Act as an escalation point for client engagements.
• Ensure accurate and timely data mapping and integration from source systems to target platforms.
• Apply project governance standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Train and mentor team members in data conversion and ETL best practices.
• Conduct rapid assessments, distill key insights, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Automate manual data conversion, migration, and integration processes.
• Perform and oversee real-time, batch, and ETL conversions for complex datasets.
• Develop and execute cloud migration strategies, including delivery architecture and data migration plans.
• Support SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live activities.
• Manage priorities effectively to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
