Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, leading and supporting architectural design projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves collaborating with project teams, managing timelines, participating in client meetings, and incorporating feedback into design solutions. The Architect will also oversee integration of design details during construction, conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, and contribute to project documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and progress tracking.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development where relevant to design workflows, including familiarity with design and collaboration tools.
• Relevant proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is required; licensure or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with local building regulations, permitting processes, and coordination with contractors and consultants in Mumbai or similar urban contexts is beneficial.
