Overview

The WFM UKG Boomi Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting UGK WFM integrations using Dell Boomi. This role partners closely with Business Design, SAP, and functional analysts to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integrations that support workforce management processes across the globe.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UKG WFM integrations using Dell Boomi.
  • Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces between UKG WFM and enterprise applications, including HRIS, Payroll, and third party vendors.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain reusable integration components and APIs.
  • Perform end-to-end integration testing.
  • Support global implementation projects, enhancements and production releases.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and solution design sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers and analysts on Boomi and UKG integration best practices.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Dell BOOMI integration development.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting UKG WFM or Kronos.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SQL.
  • Experience with integrating UKG WFM with HR, Payroll, ERP and identity management systems.
  • Experience with Dell BOOMI AtomSphere, process libraries, API Management, connectors, and integration best practices.
  • Knowledge of secure authentication methods including OAuth, SFTP, and API security.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working within global enterprise evironments.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or ServiceNow.
