Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Bengaluru. The Architect and Designer will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integrating design solutions into functional spaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and overseeing project execution from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Relevant certifications and professional licenses are a plus
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Project Management skills
- Proficient in Architectural softwares like (AutoCAD, 3D model software photoshop, rendering software, sketchup, lumion, Revit, Vray, enscape etc )
- Experience in Software Development and Integration
- Knowledge in Interior designing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
