This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Bhopal. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing project development in diverse sectors such as residential, commercial, and institutional designs. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, preparing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with clients and teams, ensuring projects meet regulatory and sustainability standards, and supervising the construction process to align with the approved designs.

• Proficiency in architectural design, including creating blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to coordinate with clients, construction teams, and regulatory authorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
• Understanding of construction materials, project management, and sustainable design principles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Relevant professional experience in architecture and design; experience in multiple sectors is a plus
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines effectively
